How do I activate my course? +
  • Install and open the app.
  • Login using your registered mobile number.
  • Go to My Courses.
  • Your enrolled course will be displayed.
  • Click Activate button.
My course is not showing — what should I check? +
  • Ensure you are logged in with same number used during purchase.
  • Verify course validity has not expired.
  • Refresh app or login again.
  • Check internet connection.

Login & Account

OTP not received — how to fix? +
  • Check mobile network.
  • Verify SMS is not blocked.
  • Wait 1–2 minutes and retry.
  • Restart device and try again.
Incorrect password or login failed? +
  • Enter correct mobile number.
  • Check Caps Lock.
  • Use Forgot Password option.
  • Login using new password.
